The Dove Benefits Principals – Donna Rinella, Brianna Rhoades, and Diane Kielpinski – originally met over 25 years ago while working for a well-respected boutique brokerage firm located on Dove Street in Newport Beach, California.  In their desire to get back to this concierge type of consulting, they formed Dove Benefits Insurance Services.  One of the best benefits of a small brokerage is that you have easier access to your team, and service is much more personalized.  We are confident in our abilities and it is with a quiet confidence we do the right things for the right reasons.

Donna has enjoyed 30+ years working in Employee Benefits and Human Resources. She is client-focused and excels at building strategic partnerships. Donna is responsible for leading new business development and the overall strategic planning and leadership of client accounts.  She consults on benefit plan design, contribution strategies, financial analysis, wellness and compliance. Donna has a strong presence in the marketplace, is well-respected and is known for delivering competitive results. Donna holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a specialty in Management and Human Resources from California State Polytechnic University - Pomona.  She loves game night, children of all ages, the beach, UCLA sports and spending time with her family and friends.

Brianna’s experience includes over 20 years devoted to working in employee benefits. Her focus includes renewal analysis, competitive marketing, carrier/vendor implementation, employee communications, and open enrollment support. She works closely with our clients to provide exceptional customer service. She is the point of contact for clients for claim resolution and escalation, administrative issues and other day-to-day issues. Brianna has extensive experience with online benefit management systems assisting client in implementation, ongoing administration, carrier integrations and troubleshooting ongoing issues. Being in the Central Standard Time zone gives her the unique opportunity to support client on the east and west coasts. Brianna has a BA in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources from California State University, Fullerton. She is an avid reader and gardener and loves traveling, camping, and spending time with her family and friends.

Diane Kielpinski combines the data analysis skills she learned while earning an Economics degree from the University of California, Irvine with over 30 years in employee benefits consulting to provide financial, demographic, and benchmarking analysis to her clients. Diane collects data, analyzes it, and identifies patterns so that her clients may gain insights and after careful consideration make the best decisions regarding their employee benefits. In addition to data analysis, Diane assists in compliance, including 5500 preparation, and employee communication design and production. Before forming Dove Benefits, Diane was a benefit analyst for multiple brokerage firms and a data analyst for an economic research firm and a cost estimating firm. She enjoys restoring her 1910 Bungalow, gardening, visiting family and friends, and vacationing in Puerto Vallarta.
